| Application |
|
-The initiator of unsaturated polyester resin ALKENOX P-100 has low decomposing temp(44℃). It is suitable for pulltrusion mold, continuous laminating and large scale mold. Especially large scale moding, heating furnace is needed to get a high temperature. ALKENOX P-100 which has low decomposing temp is suitable for that cases. ALKENOX P-100 is also used with other curing agent such as BPO(Benzoxl peroxide), TBPB(t-butyl-perbenzoate) and other metal salt accelerators. In that case, we can expect a improved properties after curing.
- Polymerization initiator of VCM(Vinyl Chloride Monomer) ALKENOX P-100 is used for polymerization of VCM which is the monomer of PVC at 40~70℃
- Polymerization initiator of other monomer ALKENOX P-100 is used as initiator of homopolymer - ization & copolymerization of acrylate, methacrylate
ane vinylidene floride monomer- |

- Storage ALKENOX P-100 is quite active peroxide. However handling it at room temperature is possible as it's storage stability at room temperature is a rather high so it is possible to handle at room temperature. But it can be decompesed at above 25℃, so it must be stored under 20℃ and kept away from direct sunligiht
- First aid Skin contact cause a hazard like other peroxides, so appropriate protection is needed. During working, protective clothes and protective hand cream is needed. --- Eye Contact : Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water. Get medical attention immddiatly
--- Skin Contact : Immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention immediately.
--- Ingestion : Not to vomit. Get medical attention - Toxicological information Oral rat : LD 50 : >5g/㎏
